    Wine cooler

This wine cooler is not as good as another one that I own, but it works. It doesn’t keep the wine very cold and the LCD buttons to adjust the temperature don’t seem to work, but we did install it as a built in, (which they said NOT to) so some of this could be our own fault.

I have a Danby 32 bottle cooler that I LOVE, but they don’t make that one anymore.

    So quite – I don’t even know it’s there!

My husband and I recently purchased Vinotemp’s 21-bottle dual zone for our dining area and we LOVE IT! Having two different temperature zones is perfect – the wines stay at the proper temperatures and it saves us tones of space in our refrigerator because our white wines now have a place too! It’s also surprisingly quite – the first few days we had it we kept checking it to be sure it was on because we couldn’t hear a thing. The stainless door and stylish shelving are also a bonus – it looks fabulous in our dining room!

    DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

Upon delivery, the Vinotemp 21-Bottle Dual-Zone Wine Cooler both lower left, and right corners were completely damaged. The lower rear cross member is twisted beyond repair. The bottom right corner is missing a screw in leg and the underside is spotted with rust.

    Not worth it…

The wine cooler only worked for a few months before the motor stopped and the shelves gave way. I called target who would not take the product back and asked me to call Vino Temp directly. The person I spoke to tried to sell me a part for $50 and told me to get instructions online to install it. The cooler was only 6 months old and Vino Temp was not even willing to stand behind their product. This cooler is not worth the money in the first place. Please think twice before buying.

    Not so cool

This “cooler” does not cool below 54 degrees unless we completely remove it from the cabinet. We have vented the cabinet in the back and on both sides to release the amazing amount of heat this machine gives off and still the temperature will not drop enough to chill properly while in the cabinet. We bought this one to fit in a space from a trash compactor. You must pull out each shelf to place a bottle on it, you can’t just slide a bottle onto a shelf. The appearance is quite nice and goes well with our other stainless steel appliances. We’re still looking for solutions to the overheating problem.

    Wine Cooler

This product gives off too much heat, and the shelves are flimsy wooden shelves that fall out easily and are too close to each other so that the bottles do not fit on each shelf. I had to remove every other shelf. It also does not cool to the temperatures listed. Unfortunately the cost to return is not worth the hassle. Sigh.

    love it!

I received mine in perfect condition. I love this unit, the dual-zone feature is great for storing my white and red wine! It has a great look with wood shelves and the stainless steel door & handle, and is surprisingly quiet. I would definitely recommend this product and purchasing it directly from Vinotemp. Their customer service was great and I had no problems with their shipping!

    Horrible Experience
    Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I ordered the Vinotemp Wine cooler for my sister in New York for Christmas. It was delivered to her prior to Christmas as promised…but damaged because it was shipped in the box used for the retail sales floor. Then the horrible saga begins. Because Amazon’s tracking information for this item says it was delivered to Denver Colorado it took us a week to even get UPS to come back to pick it up because Amazon was not taking responsibility and UPS was not taking responsibility. Currently with the return tracking number it is showing that it was returned to the shipper. I contacted Amazon who said that it would take about a month to get my account credited. My next step is to contact American Express who will get my account credited since Amazon does not practice good customer service.
